Meet-ups, earl grey tea, and passion for real change led us here. After numerous discussions we realized that we shared the same interests and passions. Our conversations quickly morphed into how we could make the world better and enable real change.

The change in focus gave us the opportunity to change the name of the company to NeuVisium -- a name that reflects our new vision that is grounded in passion and a new direction.

Esperity is a Belgium startup with an online platform for connecting cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers. They focus on empowering patients to take charge of their lifestyle using their lifestyle indicators. The company was expanding its operations in United States and recruited Pooja to improve their existing social media following and increase brand awareness.



A strategy was put in place to accomplish the following:

  1. Target and contact key influencers to leverage their networks
  2. Develop content geared to the cancer community
  3. Increase search engine optimization (SEO)


Pooja developed content that was engaging and relevant to cancer survivors, and caregivers. She identified and contacted key influencers in the industry that included bloggers, and patient advocates. She interviewed Lucy Kalanithi, wife of Paul Kalanithi (whose book, “When Breath Becomes Air” was on the NYT Bestseller list) on her experiences as a caregiver and her article led to an increase in engagement and website traffic.

She also created content that focused on the needs of cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers. By publishing these articles on relevant groups and channels she strategically improved Esperity’s organic reach and increased engagement across social media platforms.
